2023 END OF YEAR DATES
Market Stall Co will close on Friday December 15 2023 and reopen of Thursday 4th of January 2024. Please read on below for the 2023 cut-off dates:
Final day for online orders to be made and dispatched prior to Christmas: Friday 1st of December
Final day for Custom orders to be confirmed: Friday 3rd of November.
Final day for rental bookings to be confirmed for use in 2023: Tuesday 12th December
Last chance for courier collections / local pick up: Thursday 14 December
Our workshop will not reopen until the 4th of January, if you require a rental during this time you’ll either need to book for return on the 4th of January or book in for our bump out service which will still be operational. Please note surcharges apply for after business hours and public holidays. Visit our Event Delivery page for more details.

STANDARD PRODUCTION TIMEFRAME
We’re currently working to a 10 business day production timeframe from the confirmation of your order for standard items, plus dispatching/shipping. Orders are only booked for pick up on Tuesdays and Thursdays via courier from us. Local pick up order can be collected Tuesday to Friday. We are closed on Mondays.
Custom projects production timeframes are determined at the time of quoting.
You’ll be notified of your collection/dispatch date in that confirmation via email. Shipping time is in addition to this.
Usually for NSW, SA and TAS shipping is 2-3 business days, WA is 5-10 business days and QLD is 3-6 business days.
Always check the tracking link first for any updates. Courier communication will be sent via our courier partners Big Post, Smartsend or Transdirect once the booking has been received. This confirmation will include contact information should you have any requests regarding the delivery of your order.
