Our flat packable system is ideal for events looking for a warmer, modern look and feel. Our walling is a first to market with this material and creates a point of difference from the traditional black or white walling. It works famously well with removable decals and wallpaper.

Our system is manufactured right here in our Melbourne workshop from raw radiata plywood and Pine.

Functionality

The Plywood Expo and Event Walling system free stands on its own, so you can have 1pc or 100pcs and the walling will stand without any nib walls.

Double-sided side walls can be added as partitions if you want to create individual spaces. These walls extend 1m.

The base support feet are just 250mm at the front of the wall. The can be hidden with plywood boxed kickers. At the back, the feet are 350mm and unobstructive to the visibility of those viewing the walls.

The side walls allow you the option to have overhead signage for exhibitors and brands.

Our timber frame signage panels, which attach to our side walls, have a slotted section for printed foamcore, corflute, or a ridged material sign, to easily slide in.

Installation

We've simplified installation to ensure as limited time is required as possible. 6-8 hours in most cases will be ample time for 100m plus of walling installation. For pack down usually less time is required. Allowing 3-6 hours should be ample. This will be estimated at the time of booking and is dependent on the venue, venue access and floorplan.

 

Our system is great for events with tight access requirements, we have specially built trolleys that allow movement through standard doors and smaller, older lifts. 

As each panel flat packed it is only 1m x 1.1m if your event does not have access to an actual goods lift or has specific accessibility requirements or other on site challenges, the Market Stall Co Plywood Walling is ideal.

We have an experienced team who can deliver and setup walling for your event quickly and within your bump in time requirements.

A site inspection may be required prior to confirmation, so that we can assess the site requirements and finalise installation costs.

The Details

The overall height of the walling system is 2.2m and each panel is 1m wide. The walling has specifically been designed so that each stall, enclosed with our side walls, is the exact stated width meaning there are no problems on site when furniture doesn’t fit properly within the stand space. So, if you were to order a 3m counter in a 3m wide exhibition space, it will fit. Please consider this when planning your floorplan layouts.

Below is a price guide. Email info@marketstallco.com.au with the number and size of stall spaces or total meter volume, along with dates and location for your event.

$120 to $150 plus gst per meter, for an up to a 5 day hire including bump in and out time. If you require walling for a longer period, email us for pricing.

$25 to $55 plus gst for installation per meter. The installation cost is based on an estimated time, the specific requirements of the venue such as lift access, stairs, loading dock promixmity etc and volume hired. A specific installation cost will be supplied following a site inspection and/or the supply of the floorplan.

Pricing includes a 3d render of the placement of the flooring for the event.

Our side walls extend to 1000mm deep as opposed to a 500mm nib wall which can be the standard for expo walling. 

The depth extension allows for the wall to be used as display and for branding purposes rather than purely as a functional section of the structure.

We are first in the market to use plywood as a material for event walling on scale. 

Not only is it a more premium looking finish, the warmth of the material much better compliments other furniture and product.

We will always champion choosing sustainable options for events and retail where possible.

Hiring our Plywood Expo and Event Walling is that sustainable choice when it comes to event walling. Using FSC Certified  Plywood and Pine is a perfect re-use and restore material.

Minor wear and tear is reparable and the ability to sand back minor marks to refresh to like new means we are able to use these panels for many years to come.

Clients can use removeable and reusable decals and wallpaper to create a custom, sustainably branded look.

We recommend booking no later than 6 weeks prior to your event and accept bookings up to 12 months prior to your event.

A 50% non-refundable deposit payment is required to secure the booking. See the payment terms tab for additional information.

 

The walling design allows for hooks to be used to hang items from the top of the panel rather than fixing to the panels saving costly refurbishment fees. If the plywood panels are screwed into or damaged a repair or replacement fee will be charged at $150+gst per 1m section of walling.

We accept all credit card and bank transfer in terms of forms of payment. 

Confirmation and receipt of 50% deposit payment is required minimum 6 weeks prior to the event. The deposit payment is non-refundable. Bookings are unable to be confirmed without deposit payment.

Full payment required 1 week prior to event.

Any damaged panel fees will be invoiced within 7 days of the bump out of the event.
