“Hire is so much easier as the team manage everything and I don’t have the room to bring stock and displays/furniture, we come from Sydney so it’s a no brainer to get in from Melbourne.”

What’s your go-to show day ritual?

“Early rise with a walk and or coffee, meetings at our off-site apartment start at 8am and go back to back until six, we often run tandem showings at a time so we can fit everyone in. We eat while we work and pour our guests a champagne or wine in the late afternoon. We then flop on the couch in our showroom/apartment to do our admin over a glass of wine and a takeaway dinner, or we go out to a local restaurant with our clients or just the four of us staff. We’ve lost track of how many steps we do in a day…it’s a lot! But we love it!”

Tradeshow days are long and full-on, but with the right attitude and a great team by your side, the early mornings, back-to-back appointments, and constant energy feel completely manageable.
